This eight unit row styled condominium project was a challenge due to its location. The new structure is located directly behind three existing buildings and above parking for both the new and existing structures. A pavilion styled structure incorporates bridges and stairs to both the new and old condominiums. The architecture of the new building incorporates many of the design elements of the existing structures, such as the styling of the handrails, stucco siding, and roofing materials. Each unit has a media room and study allowing for a flexible floor plan. The second floor spaces enjoy vaulted ceilings and dormers.
