Nix Group Architects' multi-family projects include a multi-award-winning nationally recognized Mediterranean-styled hillside condominium, a multi-phased lakefront condominium, low-rise apartments styled for student living located near the University of Texas, and others. Several of these projects had uniquely challenging sites ranging from steeply bluffed properties to flat lakefront acreage with demanding soil and shoreline conditions. Others addressed limited building placement options due to their site’s location and neighborhood context.
