These were for a diverse range of clients from a national brand restaurant group to local restaurant entrepreneurs, with varied cuisines and fares, with upscaled fine dining rooms to casual common-area food courts. Each strived to create their own individual dining experiences, whether within large spaces or small, with their order of arrangement, function, and associated flow of activities, while creating comfortable and enjoyable surroundings for its diners.
