The two-story Spicewood Executive Office Building includes 8,450sf of office tenant space. The building’s stone and stained wood exterior materials were chosen to fit into the site’s oak tree covered and limestone ridged site. The second floor’s large continuous glass windows are intended to allow the roof to visually appear to float above the building’s heavy stone base wall. The two-story tall covered entry is featured to serve as the main entry element that allows for multiple route options for its tenants and guests to the second floor. Its large upper covered balcony area also serves as an outside employee break area.
